We have used Laura twice now. once as a buyer and then as a seller. both experiences were great. we do not live in the area where we were buying/selling, and especially with the sale Laura's help was invaluable. she was able to immediately (within a day) contact local contractors for heating, painting, and carpeting, and arrange for the work to be done. she priced the property higher than I had expected, and it sold immediately, evidencing her knowledge of the market. we highly recommend her!
