Laura an I met last year and talked about selling my home. I am relocating so timing was going to be everything. We decided to play it safe and put the house up for sale in January, 2019. Ten (10) days later we had six offers for the house. The buyer was very open to our situation and we sold the house. Laura helped with a few minor issues and we completed the sale for over the asking price.
